I'am responsible for the overall operation of the Rotana counter at the airport, Meet and Assist guests with or without transportation request, Booking rooms for 12 properties, Arranging the schedule to meet the day to day operation, Keeping up to date reports and doing the assessments for 10 of my colleagues.
-Primarily responsible for the overall procedures and standards of service at the reception.
-To run on and off job training's to new and existing colleagues.
-Execute performance reviews to all front desk colleagues.
-Resolves problems arising from guest complaint and attending to their requests.
-To conduct on-job training sessions as per the standard set in the On-Job Training Certificate program.
-To maintain and update the departmental colleagues development record.
-Coach all new colleagues and develop existing colleagues to ensure that the maximum performance and growth is obtained.
