Joined the team of both Khiran Pearl Mixed-Use Development Complex and PAAET Student Campus projects at Design Development, Construction Document into Tendering Phases.

My roles and responsibilities are Client facing, working closely with International and local Design and Engineering teams, PMCM Teams, Specialty Consultants and Government Agencies in delivery of large scale and programmatically demanding projects. Monitored Client design change requests and all related building engineering coordination, including review of technical and overall quality of the project documentation within identified budget and project constraints through each phase of the projects. Assisted in review and development of RFP’s, Fee Proposals, project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Packaged and submitted monthly Client Reports on the progress of the projects. Developed necessary protocols and matrix to accurately and efficiently identify and maintain all Client requested design changes and additional scope of work requests to accurately implement and monitor the impact on the schedule, fees, resources and the progress of the projects. In charge of full coordination of all Lab/Workshops at each College with Client Representatives, Design Architects, International Academic, Lab and Equipment Consultants with Design and Engineering teams of both SSH and Perkins & Eastman. Attended all Laboratory Workshop and weekly project coordination meetings with all parties to review and recommend design solutions in incorporating all equipment requirements over 200 different Lab/Classrooms types during DD and CD phases.

New Student Campus Construction of 4 Colleges: Technology, Health Science, Basic Education, Business. Classrooms, Laboratories (200+ different Lab/Classroom types), University Commons, Library for each cluster of buildings, Administrative Buildings, and other related support buildings. Access Roads, 9, 570 required parking spaces, surface and multi-level parking structure.

• Worked closely with Transaction and Real Estate leaders on several AETNA NYC site projects providing full design feasibility studies and project management services maintaining close relationships with several Business Units and End-User groups.
• Responsibilities encompass all phases of the project development and delivery process from initiation to completion related to Business Unit consolidation, relocation, putting several sites on reserve and complete fit- outs.

• Joined the firm to assist in the delivery of revised design program requested by the Client to reflect latest market changes.
• Thoroughly reviewed existing project documentation to develop most effective plan of action to maximize the efforts of the project team in the delivery of revised package submission within project constraints.
• Successfully initiated and developed project delivery standards and information flow protocols to properly track project correspondences and development process.
• Reviewed and executed revised RFP’s to meet new program.
• Identified and provided a comprehensive list of all necessary sub-consultants for client review and approval.
• Effectively led in-house design team through each stage with QA/QC to meet delivery and firm standards.
• Assisted in reviewing “Fee Proposals” on 3 other similar projects in Oman:

BINH PHUOC URBAN DEVELOPMENT, Vietnam : 1, 050 Acres / 425 Hectares
• During the final stage of the Master Planning phase of a large mixed-use land development, assumed the responsibilities in the review and leading the design team in the execution of required deliverables of several building types such as various category of residential Villas, cultural center, commercial buildings, academic and other support functions.

• Assisted Condominium Board Members and Client Representative in developing final design package deliverables for their review and approval process.
• Identified and quantified tasks based on the additional service agreement and developed new plan of action to meet newly revised program requirements, revised budget and strict time constraint.
• Attend all project related meetings with Client board members, sub-consultants, contractors and vendors for thorough review to track project progress.
• Reviewed all documentation for compliance and filing for permits with appropriate agencies.
• Successfully assisted and delivered revised scope of works on 5th Avenue residential building exterior, lobby and landscape renovation to meet Client’s revised budget and program requirements.
