Recruitment Plan - Work Force Planning.
Maintains the recruitment Plan updated.
2. Develops the applicants’ pool.
Maintains & updates job postings.
Represents the company in job fairs.
3. Assists in handling the recruitment procedure in the company
Receives applicants applying through different networks.
Reviews and Screens applications & prepares eligible candidates file vs. staff requisition.
Conducts phone screening interviews.
Based on phone screening result, sets interview meetings upon Interviewers availability.
Conduct Interviews.
Assists in checking candidate references & background investigations in case we have doubts about the candidate.
Sends apology letters to the rejected candidates.
4. Handles internships process:
Collects CVs of applicants for training from the job fair or the websites.
Updates the interns log sheet and files the CVs per major.
Screens CVs, conducts phone calls interviews and books interviews for pre-selected candidates.
Ensures email communication to applicants that were not selected.
Prepares a training program circulated to the intern and Head of Department.
Ensures collection of mentors’ feedback, trainees report and issues the recommendation letter.
Organizes end of internship wrap up meeting with interns, mentors and HR.
1. Personnel Administration:
Handles the time management attendance and the Personnel Administration procedures.
Issue the necessary reports for the Payroll.
2- Recruitment:
Handle recruitment activities such as posting, screening, set interviews.
3- Training:
Handles operations related to the training & internship procedure.
4- HR Office Administration:
Issues the HR team minutes of meeting.
Prepares the department SOPs relative to recent applied procedures.
Receives and directs phone calls and visitors
Assists in personnel administration procedures.
Updating weekly the store schedule.
In charge of accounting task and employees’ attendance.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and supervise the inventory of items.
In charge of cashier and stock management
Highlight and Report to Manager the customer needs, Complaints, Remarks, and activities
