Duties and responsibilities

• Daily management of store inventory ensuring availability of key products on time and in full.
• Daily Communicating with suppliers through assigned channels, E-mail, Telephone, Mail etc. to ensure product supply is on time.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Supporting sales team on the floor.
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staf.
• Driving sales team to maximizing profitability and meet sales targets.
• Ensuring staf compliance with external health and safety legislation as well as internal policies i.e., dress code, leave, Shift etc.
• Ensuring execution of promotions displays.
• Liaising with Managing director for continuous feedback on operations.
• Ensuring records of all government and regulatory licenses and insurances are up to date.
• Ensuring that all necessary payments to suppliers and service providers including statutory deductions are paid on time.
• Overseeing documentation trail from receipt to dispatch to relevant personnel.
• Managing the overall ofice facility and all elements within the ofice.
• Managing pety cash budgets.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Overseeing pricing and stock control.
• Custodian of all the ofice assets.
• Payroll management.
• Setting aside storage areas for new stock.
• Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Investigating any inventory losses.
• Operating automated warehouse storage and retrieval systems.
• Planning future warehouse capacity requirements.
• Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely.
• Facilitating efective communication within the team and across the store of available stocks.
• Facilitating re-orders of products.
• Ensuring goods received are recorded correctly with Delivery note and invoice stamped and signed.
• Ensuring freshness of display stands by alternating brand display on a weekly basis.
• Communicate with the marketing team on new products, change of pricing constantly on WhatsApp.
• Recruiting, selling and retaining customers.
• Pointing out benefits of certain products and explaining the diferences that
distinguish one item and another.
• Ensuring execution of promotions through informing customer and following through with correct reward.
• Liaising with store manager for continuous feedback on operations and products as received by customers
• Processing payment accordingly.
• Reconciliation of cash drawer at end of business day and correct reporting and handover of cash.
• Daily management of customers to deliver positive experience.
• Ensure you are available for questions or facilitation to find desired products or alternatives quickly.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints quickly and
politely.
• Ensuring products are packed and delivered to customer vehicle.
• Ensuring store phone is answered at all times and response given accordingly.
• Submission of diferent reports to the management based on the schedule provided.

• Analyzing sales &traffic trends and then basing future orders on forecasts made from this information.

• Making sure the daily sales cash are banked on time by the cashiers.
• Doing the reconciliation of the cashier’s daily sales.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Identifying and pursuing new markets and opportunities, and analyzing trends and data
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Maintaining customer relationships and identifying ways to grow sales figures

Computation of daily sales for all the departments that is kitchen, restaurant and housekeeping department.
• Daily stock takes for all saleable items for reconciliation with the issued items in a particular day for different departments
• Daily stock controls for issued items to the kitchen department to ensure proper usage and produce reports there from to ensure no wastages.
• Ordering and receiving stock whenever purchases are made.

• Issuing stocks to various departments for sales and appending signatures for all hot drinks and bottle wines.
• Submission of different reports to the management based on the schedule provided.
• Attending all management meetings and advising on matters pertaining the success of the company.
• Preparing procedures that entails to job responsibility one is undertaking.
• Marketing the company’s services as well as making customers referrals for functions bookings.
