Handling all incoming telephone calls and transferring to the concerned staffs.
Maintain records of all incoming invoices
Handling all incoming & outgoing faxes and maintain records at the same time.
Act as a front desk, perform "meet & greet" services and directing them to concerned department.

Aside from admin works I also handled accounting related job like petty cash replenishment, petty cash settlement. Petty cash request,
LPO's, and filling inter-company cheques.
To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.
To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock system.
Prepare the following reports.
Driver's log
Labor allocation
Employee's absence and sick leave
Warning letters
Turn over letters.
Prepare invoices and vouchers
Reviews invoices, bills, documents for corrections before entering to records.
Sorts and files documents, and performs calculations.
Visa Documentations
Assisting PRO for processing the visa of the employee's
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Extensive email files management.
General Administration
Performs other duties as assigned.
Billing and monthly reports
Filling, sorting, photocopying, courier booking details.
Ensure confidentially of document
Maintain documentation.
Plans and Schedules Meetings
Preparing sales report
Proper filling of incoming and outgoing documents
Collects and deliver mails
Sorts keeps records as required
