Develop and monitor Emiratization initiatives and action plan execution by the concerned stakeholders in line with the bank’s strategy

Monitored and reviewed the delivery of the Graduate Development Program and share progress with the concerned stakeholders to ensure that the program meets the organization’s training needs
Presented to the management monthly progress dashboards and involved them on ongoing based for support and guidance
Managed relationships with all government, external organizations, colleges and universities
Developed and analyzed training need analysis organization wide
Thorough analysis of training materials and selection of right training vendors
Overseeing the payroll process and processed monthly payrolls for all staff
Worked on data maintenance and employee record keeping in HRMS
Handled staff credit facilities as per HR policy such as: credit cards, personal finance, auto finance, home finance and salary in advance
Processed overtime and various types of incentives for the staff on timely manner and with zero error
