Manage full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Support month-end closing and compliance with internal controls.

Verify invoices information against purchase orders & Contracts& Price lists etc…., Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve it before processing and process them in accordance with policies and procedures.
•Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the accounts payable function in accordance policies and procedures
•Prepare payment vouchers and Send out remittance advices
•Obtain invoices authorization for those required departments approvals &signatures and follow up as necessary.
•Deal with vendors queries via telephone, email and fax and resolve queries promptly.
•Reconcile vendor statements, research & resolve and correct discrepancies.
•Maintain a procedure manual of accounts payable tasks as a guide for backup assistance when such assistance becomes necessary.
•Research and recommend programs, policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounts payable function.
•Build trusting relationships by acting with integrity, courtesy, and responsibility, even in the face of stress or demanding workplace conditions.
•Communicate with Manager on job or deadline issues
•Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
•Perform other tasks as delegated by the reporting Managers
•Ensure that prepayments made to suppliers are followed up and appropriately cleared in the system.
