• Coordinate with weekly meetings between commercial team and Sales managers on the identification and prioritisation of potential sales/orders and plan sales visit calendar in advance of two months based on priorities for commercial manager approval.
• Maintain a record of visit reports provided by sales managers.
• Maintain and update Company Profile and Pre-qualification documentation.
• Maintain and record department attendance sheet to be sent to HR on monthly basis after approval by CM.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising, exhibition.
• Request quotations from vendors and distributors to manage and maintain sufficient corporate gift products for distribution.
• Gather information from Sales/Regional managers on new topics, significant sales/orders and compile newsletter for monthly distribution.
• Consult with media, graphics and printing personnel on product specifications such as design, colour for MJB corporate logos, trademarks etc.
• Maintain updated contacts list as received from the sales managers.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing team on products and accessories to be displayed at trade exhibitions, special shows or gifts.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers and advertisers, to market MJB products and services.
• Issue monthly IMS report data to IMS Manager with commercial manager approval.
• Review and implement procedures for E-marketing, Internet marketing.
• Coordinate the update of company Website, ensuring content is updated.
• Create and modify company presentations/slides using MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint for General Manager or commercial manager.
• Review and consolidate Customer Feedback Forms.
• Coordinate and plan preparation and distribution of Company Greeting Cards in accordance with regional celebrations.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
• Participation in R&D Team Meetings. 
• Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Maintain Project Managers calendars.
• Dealing with suppliers, regarding quotations, delivery and warranties.
• Contacting shipment companies and requesting quotes. Liaising with shipping companies regarding times shipment of various items.

• Ensure coordination of the interfaces of R&D with Marketing and Operations.
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
