• Schedule staff’s visa medical, Emirates ID coordinating with other internal and external departments.
• Provide documents to Typing centre.
• Ensure all visas, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Maintain Confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and File Management). Collecting and filing the employee documents with full confidentiality. Managing the legal documents of the company.
