To support the Store Manager in controlling and monitoring store operations including merchandising and stock
control and proactively promoting the brands in order to achieve all store target.


◆ Clarify all employee queries regarding salary, leave and ticket entitlement
◆ In charge for travel booking arrangement for all the team members (48 staffs)
◆ Maintain and update all necessary records/files of the employee
◆ Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents
◆ Coordinate/follow up with purchasing department and warehouse to ensure that goods are delivered to our store within the agreed timelines.
◆ Oversee the entire process of stock receipt/dispatch within store to ensure the movement are recorded and updated to reduce discrepancies. Highlight the discrepancy to department manager and coordinate to ensure they are resolve.
◆ Track/manage all customer's requests and returns on faulty products. Liaise with purchasing department and supplier on quality related issues and claim for faulty products.
◆ Control stock inventories to maximizes sales and ensure that store are stocked on key items and replenish merchandise at all times in order to achieve maximum stock efficiency.
◆ Manage stocktaking/brand count in store in liaison with the Department Manager and Operations Manager.
◆ Manage the POS system, troubleshooting and error logging.
◆ Signing off all gate release forms
◆ Manage the overall office administration.
◆ Prepare daily meeting (sales report, brand ranking, promotion update, new launch, upcoming promotion)
