1. Human Resource Executive/ Administrative Assistant at Howard Johnson Hotel - Bur Dubai LLC (previously Highland City Hotel) from September 24, 2009 till date.
➢ Preparing vacancy announcements.
➢ Screening and interviewing job applicants.
➢ Referring qualified applicants to Department Managers.
➢ Maintaining, updating and monitoring of staff files

➢ Doing OK to Board, Marhaba and Ahlan Services for guests.
➢ Preparing Band Permissions of Artist for different Hotels Bars and Clubs
➢ Coordinating and assisting PRO concerning staff's termination and visa cancellations, Trade License Renewal and all legislative matters
➢ Mediator between the staff and the Management
➢ Provide administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues
➢ Accommodation In-charge
➢ Strong knowledge of rules and regulations, internal policies and procedures of the company ensuring that it's implemented, well taken and followed.
➢ Taking the minutes of meeting and distributing the information to all the Department Head for the compliance.
➢ Strong knowledge on UAE Laws.
➢ Personally handle labour and immigration department issues.
