 Sales department coordination for signed deals and Invoices.
 Updating UBA data upon signing new deals.
 Update the client information.

 Travel arrangements (booking flights, hotels, cars, etc...)

 create admin department internal document for the company.
 Responsible for all the administrative work.
 HR work (prepares the monthly Vacations sheet, responsible about the employees attendance).
 Marketing admin work.
