- Preparing lease offers and lease notifications, letters and other documents related to renewal, cheque collection, bounce cheque, violation and payment collection.
- Handles and responsible to execute Lease Agreement, preparing EJARI contract and verification.
- Collecting and reviews Monthly sales report and Annual Audit reports of Tenant and generates Percentage invoice accordingly.
- Preparing, maintaining Tenant’s accounts, and other accounts related reports
- Responsible for collection of all Rental payments, Percentage Rent, VAT payment and other fees related as per payment schedule in the Lease.
- Collects and verifies tenant’s documents such as Trade License, Insurance, Passport and other document related to Lease.
- Generate penalty invoices and other violations penalty related to Lease.
- Maintaining and update Master file, new leases details, renewal summary, reports and data base such as Lease Contracts, Tenant Personal Data and Contact Details.
- Records Tenant’s data in SAP system
- Works closely and assist Head of Retail and Leasing Team
