2. As an Encoder, all the data must be put or encoded in the system and back office.
3. I am also the CEO’s Secretary and Assistant. I am the one handling the CEO’s appointments and meetings.

3. As a Customer Service Representative I face and assist the client with satisfactory service.
4. As a Telemarketer, I make a call to different customers for follow up and also to endorse the product.
5. I analyze and verify client’s application.

Job Description

1. I process credit card and cash loan application
2. As a Customer Service Representative, I handle phone calls (inquiries, complaints, request)
3. I also take actions for delinquent payers.
4. I secure the creditworthiness of the borrower
