PHARMACIST
Receive documents from procurement such as invoices.
* Preparation of reports and send to relevant personnel for approval and release
of products.
* Coordinating with M.O.H for clearing the shipment and ensuring goods ready to
release to market at the earliest.Keep up to date documents related product
registration.
* Preparation of Goods discrepancy reports for damage goods, short quantity,
excess quantity, change in product code and pack size, goods received without
purchase order, short shelf life, invoice variation, and forwarded to
procurement/finance divisions for the action and follow up.
* Monitoring and maintaining proper temperature inside the storage area.
* Review the automated order report
* Attending to calls for urgent orders.
* Administers all LPO for pharmacies and hospitals. Plans fast and accurate
issuing.
* Prepare all documents for MOH & DHA audits
* Experience in computerized data entry of Inventory softwares, Order
processing, Stock maintains, Stock valuation, word processing, spreadsheet etc
* Ability to function independently. Ability to effectively communicate in writing
and verbally to the point of view of patients.
