1.) Issues relevant quality records and when necessary, writes and sends to Qc Supervisor Nonconformance reports
2.) Monitor and report contractor work in progress. 3.)Executes Specific inspection on materials, Construction /
installation activities on site
4.)Review and approval MAR, MVR and Inspection Requests
5.)Ensuring that responses are complete and in compliance with the contract documents.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisting to prepare shop drawings (Hvac, plumbing& Fire
Fighting) & calculations are submitted to the consultant for
review & approval
• Preparing technical submittals, RFI’s and weekly Reports
• Provide Technical advice to Draughtman, Supervisor and
Technicians
• Where required prepare technical clarification to the
tendered designs to suit specific on-site construction and Co-
ordinate issues
• Assisting to Prepare the Monthly invoice for the completion
of work
•Attends the weekly progress meetings ( internal as well as with
client) & assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the
status of each assignment`
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day to day
progress of work activities, procurement & operations to ensure
timely completion of project
• Preparing technical submittals and RFI’s
• Closed out all work orders after verifying completion and reporting any discrepancies
• Ensures that all work done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project
specifications & all applicable standards
• Submits site dialy reports, inspection requests and applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required,
• Inspection of hydrotesting and flushing as per procedure
• Perform all MEP site activities and coordinate with construction, structure, engineering and architecture departments
during installation of mechanical systems to ensure quality, compliance and execution of works according to the
consultant and work owner expectations in most economical manner
• Developing the bill of materials for the completion of work
