Study and report to management about competitors’ products and market activities.
Managing a team of 12 Lava promoters in both KR and IR stores.
Target distribution to promoters; drive them to achieve the set target, daily promoter management, FOC distribution, and review weekly and monthly sales with all promoters.

Actively monitoring competitor activity.
Managing the store profit & loss account within budget
Maintains records of standard documents as per ISO 9001:2008.
Preparing all required reports related to sales, marketing feedbacks, sales campaign etc.
