- Receiving Sales requests and orders from the group branches and customers (local or international)
- Coordinating the production scheduling for all customers
- Following customer orders until the readiness of goods and shipped in accordance with the agreements concluded between the company and the customers (local or international)
- Determining the priorities in Production scheduling with Production planning department.
- Identifying carriers/ Trucks companies for the goods and be sure the goods arrived to the customers in right time and right quality.
- Providing a safe storage environment for the goods produced by the schedule agreed with the client.
