• Working closely with company management on the Resource allocation, Team Requirements, and other statistics on employee /company
• Manage entire SAP Technical Team on the day-day operational activities and Team Hiring.
• "Player-coach" for a team of 2 Business Development & 2 Recruitment Representatives and 1 support employee.
• Handling end to end recruitment process Planning, Screening, Scheduling, and conducting recruitment drives.
• Guiding the sourcing team in developing strategies to build up a resource pool.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior management - Develop staffing strategies; develop and implement cost effective recruitment plans for the Business Units and help to minimize Turn-Around-Time.
• Process builder for Staffing, from scratch, for Quality checks, Operations, Revenue generation, Streamlining the process.
• Coordinating work with Business Development & Recruitment team on targeted results and Pre-Sales activities
• Responsible for Internal recruitment and Internal operational activities for domestic & International Market
• Mentoring and counselling the Team members and tracking them to attain results & targets.
• Handled a team of 4 and all other standard Market Research procedures with great consistency and outstanding results in terms of Qualitative & Quantitative research Methodologies.
• Database Building, Lead Profiling, Market Research on Staffing, IT Services, Analysis & Tracking of Email Campaign.
• Database knowledge: LinkedIn, Inside View, Hoovers, Zoom Info, Jigsaw & Manta, Glassdoor etc…
• Collect customer background information (strategy/Mgt etc.), product/ service-related information, financial information, customer industry outlook, trends IT Installs.
• Support the Sales team with the required Market Research data.
• Populating useful company data such as contact person, contact details, email id, etc. through trusted and reliable online sources.
• Qualify companies based on nature of business, size, revenue details, etc. and mark them as a future target for existing company’s products and services.
