Monitor opportunities in both of e-portals and local market.
Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice.
Stays well-informed of and communicate any changes in contractual requirements.
Working with key members of the project team and the client to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks related to the bid.
Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid submission
Requesting for production based on purchase orders.
Working on ERP Related, all Private sectors PO’s (local, MODA, NUPCO Mkt Place, Export)
Preparing all Invoices (System and Manual).
Submitting invoices to warehouse.
Preparing quotations and samples based on requisition.
Assist in the daily administration of routine sales administration activities (e.g., filing, faxing, mailing, typing, scheduling)
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts.
Coordinate sales staff meetings
Perform closing coordinator responsibilities for outside tenders.
Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to Medical Devices Industry.
As part of my academic curriculum, I have completed 900 contact hours of training conducted in governmental health center pharmacies, governmental hospital pharmacies, governmental drug stores, private community pharmacies and the National Health Regulatory Authorities (NHRA) within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
