Overseeing end to end supply chain and demand planning activities and responsible to ensure long-term, the cost-efficient supply of materials. (Demand Planning & Forecasting & Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service, S&OP process, Distribution, Customer & Supplier relationships).
Analyzing new products demand and adding new markets for product sales, receiving orders and arranging for their shipping with Souq, procuring products from overseas and local suppliers.
Tracking procurement and demand trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results.
Devising a plan for creating profit, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance for better results.
Demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations, and streamlining work processes towards providing quality service.
Reviewed material requirements, moving items and stock levels on a frequent basis and replenished the stock levels as per min and max levels.
Received requests from the end user and combined them based upon sourcing sources, calculated future demand, generated PR Qty for blanket orders and specify ETAs for upcoming shipments based upon forecasted future requirements, on hand qty, chemicals expiry dates and storage capacity.
Monitored suppliers’ delivery performance against PO conditions for materials delivery, calculated and reported suppliers rating score; (quality, delivery performance, and unit cost).
Reviewed open orders status through emails, purchasing reports and met with the procurement department on a frequent basis.
Reported key performance metrics of procurement, material management, and transportation departments to the Supply Chain Chief Officer.
Oversaw and planned all aspects of the supply chain lifecycle, led negotiations and collaborated with suppliers, subcontractors and professional service providers.
Assisted in the evaluation and qualification of vendor materials and equipment, and professional service providers.
Yearly process more than 9000 TO from PP, HDPE, PC & PBA orders
Yearly dispatch more than 350 FOB and FOT trucks
Develop orders loading plan
Move stock from plant to plant when needed
Book trucks and containers
Issue packing lists
Receive shipment advice and issue billing
Work on warehouse management system PHLMS
Participate in daily meetings to review work progress for logistic and warehouse operations
Participate in meetings between Saudi Kayan management and haulier management to improve the loading performance of the haulier
Report logistic and warehouse activities to the company management
Participating in organizing a competition in writing feasibility studies.
Helping some participants in developing their feasibility studies.
Participate in execute promotion campaign to increase the awareness about the center and that include:
Communicate with advertising agencies to design posters for the campaign.
Participate in a conference to increase the awareness about the center events
