Working at Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) / Security and VPN team where i troubleshoot and fix technical problems for Cisco's customers and partners all over the world. I handle technical cases in the fields of network security and VPN varying among different complexities and severities, and while meeting technical support SLAs and high customer satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities/Roles:

I was selected to be a network engineer for the company-wide network issues. This includes: Maintaining and administering the Jordan Cisco TAC network, working with Cisco IT for issues related to the TAC network, and providing assistance to maintain and develop the local network of Estarta(the software solutions section).
