• Managing and ordering precast related works (erection, loading and unloading of trailers, elements shifting, steel works, concrete works, grouting works, repairing and finishing works)

• Arranging site logistic works as following up with suppliers for materials and equipment and issues related.

• Controlled erection related documents as deliveries and erections of precast elements in organized soft files.
• Arranging elements and layout AutoCAD drawings as editing and providing them when needed.

• Worked with the consulting company (Manens-Tifs) involved in the project for product and erection inspections to proceed works/erections.

• Implemented precast tools and systems for different projects to track activity, equipment, and productivity.

• Worked on a precast cost control project as managing and planning a program to control budget and to increase productivity.

• Staff trainer to apply different tools in project area.

i. 188 two-story villas using cladding panels
ii. 19 Family Apartment buildings using structural elements
2) Riyadh Metro (Main Contractor: BACS)
i. 5 of the largest metro stations using structural elements.
3) Granada Mall Extension in Riyadh (Main Contractor: Albawani)
i. 2 two-story buildings using structural elements
4) MOI Residential Complexes in South Borders - Jazan (Main Contractor: ESEC)
i. 2100 residential units using structural panels
