1. Advise and support the country director in managing the safety and security of NRC staff, partners, operations, premises and refugees or persons of concern.
2. Implement, review, and update the security management plans in compliance with NRC global safety and security standards and requirements.
3. Conduct HSS risk assessments.
4. Ensure safety and security protocol, reporting mechanism, and staff capacity building are in place.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with security-related actors.
6. Provide country-relevant security advice and training to NRC staff.

2. Monitor and analyze the Host area security situation in locations where NRC operates.
3. Provide support and advice to the host area management teams

5. Maintain close contact with NGOs, INGOs, INSO, UN, and government agencies and security departments.
6. Draft, create and update security plans, medevac, evacuation plan, and contingency plans including SOPs and security training.
7. Undertake regular security assessment missions.

8. Create and follow Monthly, weekly and incident reports, situation updates, with good interpersonal skills

1. Manage and supervise procurement in line with NRC rules and regulations.
2. Responsible for the correct implementation of procurement procedures and respect of donors’ requirements.
3. Provide line manager the monthly tracker.
4. Responsible for national and international purchase and procurement procedures.
5. Responsible for organizations of transportation of all supplies and equipment.
6. Supervise the drivers for the correct implementation of fleet rules and regulations.
7. Ensure vehicles are well maintained according to NRC logistics handbooks.
8. Ensure that all vehicles are in proper condition and roadworthy and coordinate vehicle maintenance.
9. Train and develop drivers.
10. Ensure vehicles are equipped with valid necessary documents.
11. Fill all vehicle records and reports.
12. Dealing with transport requests and booking templates.
13. Monitor the fleet pool and movements.
