Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project. Assigns responsibility to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications & strengths Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates Coordinates with other managers, project engineers and discipline Heads to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project. Coordinates with the key project individual to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule. Attend weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items

Cordinating with teh PMC for Reviewing of engineering documents, design related problems with suitable recommendations, in consent of design Consultant. Follow Quality Control Manual, Inspections and Test Plan for main and subcontractor according to Project specification, international codes and Standards. Review method of statement and work procedure before starting the work. Monitoring of DPR reports, Daily progress review meeting for Assessment of work in stages actual vs. planned Coordinating for all the MEP works, Strict Vigilance on Quality parameters, Coordinate for the closure of NCR with recommendation of the consultant. Mom with the contractor and consultants to resolves the issues, adherence to the EHS.

Reviewing of engineering documents and assisting in design related problems on site with suitable recommendations, in consent of Consultant. Generate Punch list, participation in pre-AT and Final AT activities. Review method of statement and work procedure before starting the work. Review concrete mix design of various grad, Coordinate for QA/QC team for the trial mix and monitor strength of concrete. Monitoring of erection works, use of various type of grouting material and applications as per manufacturer specification for all structures. Involved in Construction management, handle the team of engineer, Foreman's, & technicians, execute the work orders for the construction of Portable water lines Network, Lifting pump station, Strom water network fire water storage pit, underground utilities, conc. paving, Renovation of Villas & Offices Facilities. Coordinating with the Clients and the inspection, Monitoring execution and attending the weekly inspection meeting with proponent, Coordinating with the Technical Support Group for the PAT and the final hand over of the facilities

Construction Projects Inspection/ auditing of services, ensuring the statuary process. Adherence through continuous site visits & compliance’s to process resulting in quality output. Having exposure in outside plant engineering work and as well as thorough knowledge in construction, managing contractors, finalization of vendors after quality test parameters to comply the specification, Monitor all phases of construction from ground breaking to completion with Compliance to Quality plan. Issues the NCR for the non compliance of the job. Concurrence of Closing the NCR with the remedial measures, Auditing of the technical documentations for the towers and regenerator rooms

Construction of industrial buildings, foundation for heavy machinery, Construction of the Pre cast manholes, Construction of Asphalt/Concrete Road (Major, Minor & Branches), construction of Communication facilities and offices Coordinated all project activities including vendors management, Coordinate for Preparation of Shop drawing, Monitor the work execution floating inquiries for material requirement, Prepare schedules of work coordinate with QA/QC for RFI to witness the work as per SAES.
