1. Review personnel & recruitment documents to ensure policy compliance.
2. Coordinate HR issues with Corporate Divisions to ensure their compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3. Assist DHRM in all aspects of recruitment to ensure effective recruitment process (For both Local and overseas candidates).
4. Review manpower plan budget to prepare an annual recruitment plan for the corporate divisions.
5. Ensure the progress of all recruitment activities for the division and remains active and is completed in a cost-effective and timely manner and to the required standard.
6. Monitor and report on staff turnover rates, analyzing causes of turnover and ensure all turnovers are fair and justified.
7. Providing necessary support to DHRM.
8. Support the Div. in JE, JC, Organization structure processes and all the employees training plans in coordination with Training Department.
9. Provide consultancy services on the latest developments/changes in HR Policies & Procedures.
10. Reviewing work practices and systems continuously as to their impact on staffing requirements, recruitment, staff retention issues and submit recommendations to the DHRM.
11. Implementing and supervising the divisional HR development HR Projects.
12. Analyzing issues and investigates for personnel-related issues and provides cases studies and recommendations to the DHRM.
13. Increasing employee’s satisfaction by implementing new ideas for a better quality of Almarai employees.
14. Advising employees on policies and procedures as a reference.
15. Ensure that all divisional HR management reports are updated and provided to DHRM.
16. Implementing and supervising the divisional HR development Projects.
