CCTV, ACCS, FAS, PAS, PMS
Continues improvement of maintenance strategies and equipment criticality
Carry out onboard maintenance inspections and act as subject matter expert on the
installation of new System
Preparing and implementing a plan for material and spare parts consumption for the multiple
sites
Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive
System failures
Manage the planning and scheduling of the maintenance work using the work order system
Facilitate coordination with other departments for equipment availability and optimization
of the resources.
Managing projects according to quality, schedule and budget targets.
Provided consultation and technical services on all aspects of Security Systems Projects.
Design, Installation, Configuration, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of Surveillance system,
ANPR Configuration. VMS Milestone, Axis Communications, vivotek, Avigilon,
Tyco (Exacqvision)
Installation and Configuration of Door access control system & Time attendance system (Virdi, Suprema, ZKTeco)
Installation Configuration and Testing of Public address system (LDA)
Network infrastructure (UTP Cable, Fiber Optic)
Installation, Configuration, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of Fire alarms system
To enhance the data for the material available utilized for the project
Provide Helpdesk support to colleague and sister companies.
To clarify any queries with the Clients and Main Contractor as well.
Preparation of Daily & monthly progress reports and submission to the client & Main contractor.
Completion, commissioning and handover.
Responsible for the preparing of BOQ, QUOTATIONS, PO, OPF, DELIVERY NOTES and other projects related documents.
