• Manages all activities directly related to entire territory Supply Chain Function (including production, maintenance, quality assurance, warehousing (Karachi and Hyderabad), SHE, Purchasing, Stores and planning
• Prepare and manage annual production plan regarding the amount of each product to be produced in the plant the following year and how distribution plan can be organized, make necessary corrections and send for approval in line with Sales Plan
• Conduct necessary planning for the plant for resources (financial, technical, human) in order to implement approved production and distribution plan according to plant quality system requirements
• Prepare comprehensive budget to provide financial resources necessary for plant quality system
• Plan for new investments, machine, equipment and vehicles needed by the plant and planned for purchase the following year
• Manage purchase and transfer of all machines, equipments, buildings, vehicles, tools and fixed assets within the plant as well as to other territories.
• Determine quality plans, process indicators, performance indicators and success criteria in accordance with Coca-Cola Quality System, Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Work Health and Safety Management System, Food Safety Management System and basic management system specified by the company
• Inform all employees about annual operation plans, changes and revisions taking place throughout the year, and ensure that they are comprehended
• Ensure performance of risk analysis where internal and external factors allowing achievement of plant goals and plans are reviewed and necessary precautions are taken
• Create opportunities and resources to answer developmental needs and training necessities of all employees
• Provide necessary resources to support consumer and customer expectations and legal requirements

• Project managed for expansion project worth Rs. 100 Million for the plant including civil, electrical and mechanical works in totality (Currently underway). Salient highlights:
o Revamped water treatment and water softening section (including 20 cu.m/hr Reverse Osmosis plant)
o In 2006, Re-certifications of TCCQS Q4 Audit.
o PH System installation & Commissioning.
o Completion of Civil work without any disruption in production (no product shortage)
o During & after VSS smoothly managed the production & carried out annual maintenance.
