1. Design preview:
- Review Mechanical & Electrical requirement from
client.
- Evaluation design compliance (PUIL, ISO, IEC, NEC,
VDE).
2. Designing of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
based on architectural drawing;
- Lighting: Calculate lighting intensity, prepare
single line and calculate installation material.
- Electrical : Designing electrical systems including
sub station, cubical, backup power, distribution
panel etc.
- Plumbing: Calculate requirement each building,
prepare ISO Dwg & material calculation.
- Hydrant & Fire alarm: design requirement each
building, prepare ISO metric diagram & calculate
BOM.
- HVAC: Calculate BTU requirement, installation
material and distribution panel.
- CCTV: Determin camera location, prepare single
line diagram & material calculation.
- PABX & Data Server: Determin outlet location,
prepare single line diagram & material
calculation.
3. Final stage:
- Synchronize between requirement (standart
compliance), drawing and bill of material.
- Site inspection during project execution (upon
Request).
1. Evaluate all machines, giving a recommendation,
propose to scrap, reconditioning, improvement
or upgrading.
2. Analysis of machines data record, evaluate the
historical trend and determine the predictive
maintenance.
3. Prepare capital expenditures (financial proposal)
for new machinery investment.
4. Develope CMMS program, evaluation of MTBF,
MTTR & spare part management.
5. As contact person also technology transfer of the
new machinery and equipment.
6. Develops the continual improvement program
within Maintenance & Facility Dept.
7. Training to Maintenance personnel with greater
knowledge, skills to support operability of
prod/ facility equipment.
1. Prepare standard operation procedure for Site &
Facility team activity.
2. Evaluate energy consumption (water, electricity,
fuel, gas etc) & giving a recommendation for energy
saving.
3. Evaluate & giving a recommendation that the
equipment to be used in the office building is
environment-friendly.
1. Maintain the reliability all machinery under the
responsibility of Maintenance Dept.
2. Electrical troubleshooting (Perform guidance on
Problem Solving and diagnostic methodology).
3. Performs Regular Preventive Maintenance of
equipment based on the planned schedule.
4. Prepare tools, equipment to execute electric
maintenance activity.
5. Continuous monitor/maintain 5R implementation
to keep shop neat and clean.
6. Machines under my responsibility are as follows:
SFM, CNC, Panel Welding, Furnace, Induction,
Heating, Size, Queeze, Press Brake, Rolling
The machine, Shear, Cutting, Screw Compressor,
OHC, Mobile Crane, etc.
