DATA CENTER PROJECT - NORTH COAST
Achievements and responsibilities:
(Technical & Design support)
The project is consisting of:
a) The footprint area about 100, 000 m2.
b) Facilities and services buildings and landscape 160, 000 m2.
c) Infra-Structure Networks (Water Supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Lighting, Light Current, Medium Voltage and CCTV)
d) Electro mechanical networks (HVAC, Plumbing, chillers plant, Cooling tower plant, power supply, medium voltage, Light Current, pass bars, generators plant, lighting, UPS rooms, AHU rooms….etc)
e) Project Cost about 8 billion.
• provides technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure
that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design
instruction.
• Supervise and review the preparation of construction method statements with construction
personnel. Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules. ... Liaise between the
construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering
team requirements and construction team deliverables.
• Quantity surveying for all scopes of work of the project as a baseline.
• Design review for the project for all its scopes of work.
• RIs issuing for the consultant and the owner.
• Variation orders if the tender design is changed to be safe as per our design review.
• Design drawing and then shop drawings.
• Shop drawings with code A converted to as built.
• Complete actual quantity survey is done keeping up with the shop drawing.
• List of submittals with all its technical data such as materials submittals.
• Make the required contract with subcontractors, Suppliers, or vendors.
• Evaluate the client contracts and make required new contract if any as per project conditions.
• Value engineering when required
• Carry out any other duties as required to meet business needs.
LATIN DISTRICT - NORTH COAST PROJECT
Achievements and responsibilities:
(Technical & Design support)
The project is consisting of:
a) 11 Clusters with 31 buildings and this is only for zone 2 and the whole district is consisting of 8 zones.
b) Each cluster consist of 1 or 2 Basement + 4 to 7 typical floors.
c) The footprint floor area of basements and typical floors for 11 clusters about 250, 000 m2
d) Flat pre-stressed Slab (Post tension) with spans from 8m to 12m.
e) Facilities and services buildings and landscape.
f) Project cost about 5 billion.
CABINET MINISTRIES BUILDING - NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL PROJECT
Achievements and responsibilities:
(Technical & Design support)
The project is consisting of:
a) Flat pre-stressed Slab (Post tension) with spans from 12m to 20m.
b) Pre-stressed Frame Beams (Post tension) with spans 26m and depth from 1.80m to 2.60m
c) The footprint area = 90, 000 m2. Consisted of Basement + 4 floors curved shape.
d) Facilities and services buildings with landscape areas.
e) Infra-Structure Networks (Water Supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Lighting, Light Current, Medium Voltage and CCTV)
f) The project cost about 3 billion.
PORT SAID TUNNELS PREPARAION - WEST PROJECT
The project is consisting of:
a) Diaphragm wall Reception shaft with 2 cells with dia. 25m for each.
b) Cut and cover area consisting of Diaphragm wall shoring system and underground box section with 260m long.
c) Open area consisting of Diaphragm wall shoring system and U- section with 250m long.
d) Facilities and services buildings.

• Handling the Technical Responsibilities and supervision for the Steel of mega shore systems, Formwork, Scaffolding and Steel Formwork systems for international famous formwork companies (DOKA, PERI, OUTINORD, RMD Kwikform, MEVA, ghi….etc.) to the following Mega projects.
1- Third Saudi Expansion of Holy Haram Makkah and Surrounding Areas - Makkah, KSA.
Cost of the project: + 80 billion SAR
The project is consisting of:
a) The Expansion of the existing mosque (consists of basement + 3 floors and 2 mezzanines with area around 66000m2 per each floor with total area 402, 600m2) with 2 minarets (130m height).
b) Piazza (Total area 68, 750m2)
c) Service building (Total area 439, 400m2)
d) Central Utility building (consists of Chiller plant, Generator plant and service training centre..etc).
e) Security buildings (consists of 4 buildings, each building consists of 17 floors and the floor area is from 7000m2 to 16000m2).
f) Hospital (Tower consists of 28 floors the floor area is from 7000m2 to 14000m2)
g) Ring Road (3 Bridges + 3 Bus stations).
2- King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Masijid Al-Nabawi (Prophet Muhammad Mosque) Expansion Project and Surrounding Area - Madinah, KSA.
Cost of the project: + 120 billion SAR
The project is consists of:
a) The Expansion of the existing mosque consists of 2 basements + 2 floors with area around 302, 575m2 per each floor with total area 1, 210, 300m2) with 10 minarets (400m height).
b) Piazza (Total area 2, 408, 250m2)
c) 2 Central Utility building (CUC1 & CUC2), (consists of Chiller plant, Generator plant and service training centre…..etc).
SPECIFICATIONS: for Responsibilities
Stage -1: Studying
• Study and review the structural and architecture design drawings to choose the suitable and best formwork systems for the project.
• Provide formwork planning study by determine the formwork systems, the formwork cycles, the formwork required quantities and method construction statement for the required project with matching of construction time schedule.
• Arrange for a technical meeting with the project managers and Head departments of the contractor and sub-contractor to offer them our formwork planning study to discuss with them about it and to take their initial approval on the formwork study to start the contracting stage and delivering the formwork materials to site.
Stage -3: Designing
• Arrange the technical meetings with project managers, sites technical office and with the suppliers to follow and update the site requirements before and through of site construction progress.
• Prepare, check, review and managing the formwork designs Calculations and formwork shop drawings (formwork submittals) to be matched with structural drawings and satisfy with the formwork study and site requirements before send for approval of consultant office.
Stage -4: Technical support during construction
• Check the provided formwork quantities for the new updated quotations and Contracts due to site conditions to satisfy with formwork study and site requirements to reduce as much as we can without affecting on the site progress.
• Check the updated design drawings and make formwork designs calculations and formwork shop drawings (formwork submittals) to be matched with structural drawings and satisfy with the formwork study and site requirements before send for consultant approval.
• Make site visits and technical meetings with site's concerning people to solve the technical issues due to site conditions and to see the site progress and site requirements to make formwork forecast plan to follow it with the suppliers to deliver the required materials and submittals on time to not delay site.
