• Handling roles at all levels in the oil and gas sector. Working on requirements from PMC and EPC contractors, drilling companies, operators, Sub contractors and service providers.
• Business development includes managing existing clients, lead generation and converting leads into new clients.
• Very adept at head hunting, social media recruiting and referral networking.
• Identifying passive candidates through referrals.
• Coordinating with candidates for feedback, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding process in case of successful deals.
