Manage and implement the travel element of the Concur travel and expense online tool.
Implementing the university's polices to reflect in the online system as well as obtain
suppliers and negotiated rates for hotels and air carriers.

Extensive daily usage as a travel consultant to raise/credit invoices to clients. Also, my
work in special projects, I used ProTas to quality control the new tools and initiatives we
would implement.
Concur
Successfully completed the boot camp session with concur; obtained certificate of
completion, twice. I have used, configured and enhanced the concur booking took for
over 5 years, for high profile clients including the Houses of Parliament, Epson and T-
systems. For Chambers Travel, I have successfully introduced automation of invoicing
fees for the Premier Inn chain, also the integration of The Trainline with Concur.
I have also successfully automated the invoicing process for low cost airlines, purchased
on the Client's own card or the TMC.
During my own time, I have utilised my sense of drive to research the add-on features
and how to create apps to potentially enhance a user's experience or a business's
needs.
Evolvi
Configured the setup of client organisations for offline use by the TMC and online as a
self booking tool. I have also serviced organisations with integration to the Concur tool.

Configured my initial site for The Houses Of Parliament as a self booking tool and the
agent accessed site for offline transactions.
