•As a planning lead my objective is to stipulating, coaching, supervision and technical guidance to new staff including Planners, and periodically conducting performance appraisals/feedback sessions to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Moreover to make sure that to communicate openly and honestly with superiors, peers and subordinates to maintain a professional attitude and to remain result oriented when receiving new assignments
•As a lead planning engineering I have to make sure that projects to be completed on time and work products (e.g. monitoring reports, daily progress stats, S-curve, etc) to be completed accurately, timely and understandable and to meet prescribed project deadlines as assigned and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
•Provide planning services and deliverables for Shutdown management within the organization.
•Leading in day shift team to make sure for completion off all ongoing jobs to be completed on time and to have a safe and successful shutdown.
•General services will be production of schedules, histograms, S curves and any other services that the customer group need to control, monitor, and forecast work within their group.
•To follow my Immediate Supervisor's objectives diligently and raise additional job requests to Client as applicable to increase overall Profit.
•To Deal with Execution Plan of Maintenance & Repair for Exchanger, Column, Furnaces, Mol Sieve Driers, Drums, Steam Drums, Finfan Cooler's, Heat Recovery Steam Generation Unit, Stacks, Pits, Slug Catcher.
