Main responsibilities:
• Set QA capability targets for all sites in the region.
• Audit and qualify all sites (DCs and 3PLs) on P&G QA program (QAKE) as per business need
• Action plan and trend analysis on Quality Incidents and reapply learning.
• Deploy Distributor Quality Assessment (DQA) program across all distributors and customers.
• Conduct regular Internal Audits of P&G sites and distributor locations.
• Deploy Supplier and Material Management program in the region.
• Lead Shelf Quality (SQM) program at POS across all key retailers.
• Manage the Initiatives QA (IQA) audits to ensure a process with minimal QI risks

Trained in refinery operations at Mangalore Refineries and Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) - a unit of India's most valuable company-The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), India. (July 2004-Jan 2005)
