Joined as a Floating Accountant. During this time gained experience in overall accounting of the organisation and was delegated with the responsibility of couple of group companies wherein I was handling the accounting work of Retail/wholesale companies and of Logistics Department. Later on when centralisation was implemented in the Department, was handed the responsibility of handling Accounts Receivable. The main duties for this function was to make sure that all debtors were realised on time and any rocks, if any, were escalated to the Management on time. Later on was promoted to Senior Accountant wherein the Trial Balance of Real Estate, Filling Station, Physiotherapy Clinic, Media Firm, etc. were under profile. At present am working as Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst wherein the Budgetary, Forecasting and Monthly EIS Reports are prepared. In addition Feasability Reports are also prepared for Real Estate business. At the same conducting auditing, both internal and External, were carried by self till the preparation of FInancials. Of late, have received a preliminary training on VAT.
Preparing MIS Statements on a monthly basis, managing and scheduling tenancies for real estate division, scheduling maintenance activities and reports for real estates, handling accounts for a multi-storey car parks, preparing bank reconciliation statements, participating in finalisation of Accounts, maintaining private accounts of Directors, involving in activities of Investment businesses.

Participated in finalising and preparing audit reports for Banks, Private and Public Limited Companies. Covered areas of Revenue Audit and Statutory Audits - Indian Bank, Synthite Group of Companies, FACT Group, State Bank of Travancore
