Alternatives Middle Office Operations -
Worked as a Team Leader in JP Morgan Services Pvt. Ltd, for Alternatives Investment Middle Office Team in the Asset & Wealth Management section (Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Real Estate Operations). Maintaining & delivering more than 65K Clients investment-related Information for IM, SDI and Fiduciary accounts. Updating monthly Flash Estimate for GAP Funds.
Automated a report on Alteryx with assistance from partnering team to save around 0.02 FTE a month.
Formulated an Allocation tracker that helps keep a tab of individual-wise BAU & Non-BAU productivity.
Formulated few reports (KPI, Allocation tracker, etc.) saving Man-hours and efficiency.
Modelled the entire process activities of Alts Middle Office India under Signavio.
Co-ordinating with the onshore team, various stake-holders and raising red flags as and when required.
