Job Profile:
• Administrate and record all site related issues and report to Commercial Manager
• Preparation of Progressive Interim Payment Application, Variations, Claims to The Client.
• Access and Manage APMS (Ashghal Portafolio Management System).
• Subcontract Package Management/ Administration -Civil, MEP and All Utility Work Packages
• Prepare Subcontract Payment Certificates
• Prepare Subcontractor Liability Statements
• Prepare Subcontractor Cost Forecast Statements
• Maintain all necessary Site instructions to the Subcontractors Issue Variation Orders for the Subcontractors
• Maintain Site Records for necessary Claims and additional Works
Achievement:
Successful management of Interim Payment Application, Variations, Claims to The Client
Job Profile:

• Subcontract Package Management/ Administration -Civil, Architectural, MEP and All Utility Work Packages
• Issue of Subcontract Payment Certificates
• Prepare Subcontractor Liability Statements
• Prepare Subcontractor Cost Forecast Statements
• Maintain all necessary Site instructions to the Subcontractors Issue Variation Orders for the Subcontractors
• Maintain Site Records for necessary Claims and additional Works
