Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing RSC project "Remote Service Centre project” at Gulf for Huawei Technologies.
Responsible for recruitment (Full Cycle) & Payroll management.
Managing HR daily based Operational activities.
Management of HR Operational day to day activities e.g. attendance leaves EOBI & OT (Overtime) data compilation and its calculation.
Coordination for project compliance & Employee relations.
Coordination and collaboration with Huawei Management.
Guidance, counselling and facilitating employees regarding company policies.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
Managing whole recruitment process that includes the following; PRF, screening, long/short listing, interviews, inductions using HRIS (HR Information System), documents with checklist (joining report, Bio data form, undertaking, employee card form) medical fitness test, orientation about organization rules & policies guidelines, tour of organization.
Furthermore, Probation Evaluation after successful completion of 03 months and it's confirmation of contribution for permanent employee, Exit Interviews for employees and their clearance forms.
Drafting of job descriptions, letter writing, warnings, explanations, show cause letters, experience certificates, minute proposals, interview assessments rotational and letters of verification.
Coordination with central HR for EOBI, medical insurance and Social Security cases.
Leave updating and it's management through proper arrangement to Chief MS for approval.
Store management of leave records, discontinued personnel files and other official payroll related documents.
Payroll Management & Training & Development:
Attendance checking of faculty, management and staff almost 400 employees on daily basis through Hospital Information Management System.
Management of monthly payroll including Inductions, Leave w/o Pay, Discontinuations, Double Duties, Action Statement and updating monthly HR Sheet using HRIS software system.
Management of monthly scheduled training sessions with coordination of departmental heads/supervisors.
Managing arrangements for the speaker/trainer, travelling, managing cost of timely finances using proper channel.
Managing proper records of all the training workshops incurred in financial month electronically (HRIS) s/w system as well as manually.
Performance Management & Employee Relations:
Guidance/training to all the newly hired and existing employees about usage of HRPMS (HR Performance Management System).
Ensuring proper compliance using computerized based HR performance system for measurement of employees performances.
Employee relationing as an effective team player and management of conflict upon requirement ensuring organizational interest not disturbed.
