Frontdesk Receptionist
WORK DETAILS:
• Greets and attends to all incoming clients with or without appointments
• Check in, process the bill and check out all clients booked in for the day’s appointment
• Attends to all inquiries via email, telephone and walk-in clients
• Offer drinks and treats for the clients
• Inform the stylist, technician via beeper when their client arrives
• Book and arrange appointments for clients
• Over all in charge administratively, cleanliness and orderliness of the salon
• Count, balance cash and visa collections at the end of the day
• Prepare End of day report, scan and send it to the Finance Department
• In-charge of the inventory for the colors, products used at the end of the day
• In charge of requesting the supplies needed in the salon and send it to the accounting department
• In charge of requesting for the color and products needed for the salon use, and for the retail products in the salon
• In-charge of the daily attendance.
• Perform other functions as assigned by the Manager.
Call Center
WORK DETAILS:
• Answers and attends to all incoming calls, queries
• Arrange and book appointments for clients received via telephone call, sms or email
• Send and confirm via sms/email in confirming the appointments 24 hours before the appointment date
• Attends, forward and follow up to complains and concerns of the clients
• Relieves other branch Frontdesk Receptionist staff
• Perform other functions as assigned by the Manager
WORK DETAILS:
• Telephone operator, answers, screens and transfers inbound calls.

• Update & organize repair of equipments, ordering supplies & materials.
• Preparing & directing schedules, monitoring attendance of telephone operators, scheduling breaks & shifts as necessary.
