Responsibilities

 Provide overall leadership on all the design aspect for the group such as Strategy Design, Design Management Division, Marketing Design Division, Real Estate operation and standard.
 Collaborate with other Divisions to create Development Briefs that encapsulate development vision, budget & Schedule objective, quality standard & real estate market positioning strategy.
 Prepare project schedule, Design implementation plan and Briefs for each project and each discipline to provide guidance to Consultants.
 Manage planning, programming and design development of master planning, Architecture and Interior Design for all developments and project across the Group Portfolio including Town planning, Hospitality, Residential, Retail, Education, Workplace. Project includes new construction, expansion and renovation.
 Provide guidance and direction on projects ensuring overall fit with design and architectural direction. Complete design assessments and analysis of key decision within projects including impact on system, cost, business processes, timelines and other key variables.
 Collaborate with other Divisions in the market & Financial Feasibility Study Process.
 Work with government authorities to get approval of Design Management
 Prepare and implement mid& long-term plan for the division to ensure the completion of the company goals.
 Oversee cost management, monitoring and controlling the design budget to avoid overruns during the design implementation
 Lead asset management initiatives by monitoring the performance and value of real estate assets, ensuring their alignment with the group`s long term financial and operational goals
 Direct the documentation and selection of all materials, finishes and furnishing for projects.
 Review consultant`s drawings and provide design direction for Civil Engineering, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Lighting Design and Interior Design.
 Prepare RFPs and negotiate agreements and fees with all design consultants.
 Assist in the preparation of project milestones schedules and cash flow forecasts.
 Provide analysis and options on impacts to projects schedules and budgets
 Lead and manage the Design Management Division including hiring, coaching professional development and training and performance management.
 Support and coordinate with legal division, financial, marketing, sales, Construction and project management division to insure approval of projects, profit and customer satisfaction.
 Negotiate contracts and agreements with consultants, vendors and contractors

Responsible and accountable for the operational, financial and legal affairs of the city studio and country. Lead the studio and develop design solution.

Ensures the hiring and supervision of all employees in country, and provides leadership, coaching and mentoring support to create a team based environment within the studio. Also ensures a productive, cost-effective, safe and legal workplace for individuals
