My role direct sales; aim to make a deal with every client and most
days I deliver. Clients come to collect gift from hotel they have no idea that
they are here to make a purchase that’s my job to sell,
using 1-3 hours to make the deal I must sell The Emirates Grand Hotel 95yr
vacation ownership package that requires an instant deposit and contract
signing once I finish my presentation.
I very much enjoy the working atmosphere meeting a diverse variety of different
people ranging from professionals and business owners’ single male / female
tourists’ couples, and whole families of four to six people and making happy
satisfied client deals.
My role involves Credit Consulting and creditor negotiation aim is to strike a deal and establish a debt management plan (DMP) for a consumer. A DMP helps the debtor repay his or her debt by working out a repayment plan with the creditor. I aim to offer reduce payments, fees and interest rates to the client, referring the terms dictated by the creditors to determine payments or interest reductions offered to consumers in a debt management plan.
My business was driving my companies innovative developments and overseeing the business.
. I was able to grow sales and our market presence
by offering a new sack order system as opossed to being tied up in a
long term contract that t allowed customers to buy the amount of
required waste sacks, managing their waste outputs.
I was able to save time and money on operations by implementing a new curb
side collection system that increased speed and efficiency of recycling and
waste collection services, better service delivery, greater payload profitability,
and sustainability for the long term, boosting our annual profits by 10%.
I also reviewed and restructured multifunctional staff working procedures and
managed profit and flow by overseeing controllable costs taking the appropriate
corrective action to achieve the desired result.
My role predominantly involves negotiating with clients directly to secure the right tenants for the right property. Duties and tasks include; welcoming and assisting all potential customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner both over the phone and face to face; registering potential landlords and tenants then in turn matching those tenants to suitable properties; arranging and attending viewings; promoting the company’s mortgage and conveyancing services, collecting information about each property and arranging for photographs to be taken so that each property is promoted in the best way possible.
