• Maintained functional and operational relationship with FPSO HSE Manager for FPSO Korea operations & Egina HSEQ PMT in Lagos to ensure implementation of project approved best HSE practices at all Egina FPSO worksites.
• Ensure the implementation of the Project HSE Management System (plans, procedures and specifications) within FPSO Package for all aspects of the work.
• For the detailed engineering phase, participate in design reviews and audit sessions to verify that HSE requirements are addressed in all aspects of design and that the design complies with TOTAL HSE Company Rules and General Specifications.
• Reviewed all HSE procedures and follow up their strict implementation on FPSO scope and work sites.
• Monitored the EPC contractor and subcontractor's activities to ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
• Promoted the HSE awareness concept to all FPSO activities.

• Supported Project Team to conduct comprehensive HSE Assessment Pre-Mobilization inspection on vessels in-country and out-country in line with Company requirement using continuous improved standards checklist before engaging the services. This is to ensure that vessels were fit for project purposes and without major deficiency that is capable of impacting on the project cost and schedule after hired during offshore campaign.
• Supported Project Team and NPO SHE Function to manage HSE statistics database of all projects site by development of a comprehensive excel program spreadsheet for analysis of incident/accident and U-See, U-Act field reports without loss.
• Supported to drive HSE initiatives such as Safety Championship Program within the Project Team and Contractors. Results of this initiative proved positive impact on the projects as most Major Capital EPC Projects were delivered with No BODY GETS HURT.
• Supported in Accident/Incident investigation reports using TapRoot Analysis to identify root cause. Recommendation and improvement opportunities were communicated to Project Management.
• Communicated monthly project KPI feedback analysis to Project Management and NPO SHE Function for onward decision making and Training Plan.
• Supported to develop Project Interface HSE Bridging Document that align with Operation, Project Team and Contractor for effective communication and better understanding of individual roles and responsibilities during Construction phase, commissioning, Shut-Down & Start-Up stage.
• Provided HSE Support Services in various projects phases such as; Tendering & Project Execution Planning, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Start -Up and Operations phase
