• Advising numerous clients on joint venture arrangements with UAE sponsors, drafting scheme of arrangement documents;

• Assisting a major global insurer in its acquisition of a Lebanese insurer, drafting ancillary transaction documents and liaising with client's in-house counsel and management regarding appointments, regulatory filings and ad hoc matters;
• Coordinating a team in preparing the Middle Eastern due diligence aspect of the sale of an Insurance Manager to a UK special purpose fund;
• Assisting with the termination of a joint venture between a UK underwriter and UAE insurance company in the Dubai International Financial Centre, drafting revised Articles of the JV company and documents to effect the share transfer;
• Undertaking due diligence and preparation of the due diligence report for a Qatari insurer in respect of its acquisition of a Qatar-based investment manager from a Singaporean holding company;
• Drafting numerous agreements for a joint venture project between a major global health insurance provider and a Saudi Arabian insurer for the provision of health insurance in various Middle Eastern territories;
