Parsons are the managing contractor for the Royal Commission Industrial City Development Project. They provide services to the Royal Commission pertaining to finalizing the master plan and managing all infrastructure design and development in the city of Yanbu. For my role I ran a team of 7 HSE Engineers overseeing HSE across 60+ diverse infrastructure projects ranging from high-rise buildings to mosques, warehouses, and schools. I also assisted the Program Group HSE Manager with the continuous development of the Program Safety Management System.
UZ750 Upper Zakum Oil field. Construction of four artificial islands and offshore oil production
facility worth 4+ billion US dollars. At the time of construction UZ750 is the 2nd
largest offshore
construction project in the world. I filled the positions of HSE Lead
stationed on the largest island - ‘Al Ghallan Island’.

pipeline expansion to the existing Chayvo Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) - Sakhalin Island
Russia. Contract $700m.

Paiton Energy (Client - Indonesia)
P3 Power Plant Expansion Project (East Java): Working as the client representative
during the construction/commissioning of $1.48B 815MW super-critical coal fired power
plant located in the Paiton Power Generating Complex on the Northeast Java Coast in
Indonesia. Project includes a 220-meter stack and 500kV switchyard. In addition, the
demolition and construction of a $25 million housing project.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Interfacing with consortium HSE Dept
• Coordination of client HSE personnel
• Reviewing procedures

• Site Inspections/walk downs

• Monitor LOTO/Commissioning activities
