I was approved by the client as one of the mandatory 19 key personnel.

I created with my team the initial framework for letters, notifications, variations, documentation, subcontracts, records, designer agreements and suppliers including liaison with the purchasing and finance departments implementing systems for each pricing requirement during the progress of the work.

Construction of all infrastructure for the two \[2\] islands including, but not limited to, bridges over water, multi-lane roads, storm water, sewerage, pump stations, rising mains, potable water, fire-fighting systems, telephone reticulation, street lighting, transformers, electrical 11 kVA distribution, road construction and other associated facilities.

I ensured fiscal and contractual control by implementing documentation, discussion and records whilst assisting other departments in:
 creating the supporting documentation to validate all variations to achieve a positive result for the project via negotiations;
 control and execution of all contractual and commercial matters;
 implementation of systems for procedures for purchase (vendors and subcontractors);
 drafting of all documents issued;
 variations and claims with programme impact process;
 tender preparation and issue including subcontract agreements;
 review contractual documents, overview purchasing and create a contractual team;
 attending any meetings and represented the project director in his absence;
 creating the budget including adaptation as the work progressed;
 maintaining a controlled cost account including reports;
 management of all internal \[U.A.E.\] and external suppliers;
 liaison with head office in Italy;
 achieving a 38% margin by the use of subcontracts with free issue material;
