• Business Control of Group 10 Line Of Business:
- Sales accounting, reporting and analysis (sell in, sell out, stock with group & retailers, deal accounting)
- Financial reporting (P&L, BS, CF) and monitoring vs targets

- Coordinate & manage group business renewal program (cost saving programs and group restructuring)
• Lead group FPA team (6 people) and manage group finance talent pipeline

• Overall responsible for the finance activities in the Europe / Brazil regions:
- Leading business control organization (2 controllers).
- Responsible for month end closing (full P&L and Balance Sheet under both French & IFRS norms).
- P&L and Cash Flow forecast (monthly reforecast, budget, 18 months plan).
- Performances tracking; reporting and analysis of results in monthly business review cycle.
• Driving risk and exposure management:
- FX exposure, products excess and obsolescence.
- Customer contract negotiations (penalties, payment terms, FX, buffer stocks...).
• Support executive team on strategic planning and business development initiatives
- Preparing and submitting business proposals to customers (deal size between €5 and €100 million)
- Maintaining division strategic plan
- Setting up financial modeling on new opportunities (P&L, FCF, DCF, ROI…)
• Implement business control within the organization:
- Setting up full P&L and Cash Flow statements by activities, assets and customers
- Developing profitability tracking methodologies
• Finance Improvement Programs:
- Improve month end closing by implementing an S&OP process.
- Issue and deploy extensive ‘dashboard’ and reporting packages.
• Support executive team on business development initiatives:
- Business case development on new strategic opportunities (P&L, FCF, DCF, ROI…)
- Support business team in setting up major partnerships with Verizon and AT&T
