• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
• Coordinate all projects of the company.
• Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to my team. Travelling to on site on a project to assist the President.
• Provide general assistance during meetings, arranging travel, visas and accommodation of the President. Often corresponding on behalf of the President.
• Involved in decision-making process. Making decisions and delegating work to others in the absence of the President, assisting the team.
• Additional duties: HR duties, book keeping, graphic design, video editing and project presentation.
• Responsible for clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparation of medical insurance of patients.
• Communicating with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about the products and services of the company, to take appointments, making sure that daily schedule is on track. Obtaining details of complain from the customers, arranging any request from the customers. Keep records of the customer’s transaction / treatment history and cashier duties.
• Reporting to the management about daily operation of the shop including sales, inventory, attendance and services of the staffs.
• Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material
• Additional duties: Member of the team during the preparation of pageants organized by the company.
• Managing the staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
• Making sure of the smooth daily operation in the shops and in the production.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Provided administrative works in the company. Reporting directly to the general manager and director.
