• Compute monthly payroll
• Prepare Sales invoices for customers
• Prepare an Acknowledgement letter for the incoming purchase order
• Prepare Purchase Order for Suppliers
• Monitor incoming and outgoing Purchase orders
• Monitor accounts payable and receivables
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement
• Assist auditor to prepare year-end financial statements.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

1. Compute Withholding Tax Compensation/Expanded
2. Compute Quarterly Income Tax Return
3. Prepare BIR Returns monthly
4. Count actual inventory every month end
5. Checking monthly Sales and Expenses
6. Checking Accounts Receivable weekly
7. Checking petty cash voucher and check voucher
8. Prepare Financial Statements
9. Petty transactions to Bureau of Internal Revenue (New Application, Amending of COR, Application and Renewal of books of Accounts and etc.)
10. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Record monthly Sales and Expenses

3. Compute monthly Value Added Tax/ Percentage tax
4. Compute quarterly Income Tax Return
5. Prepare BIR Returns monthly
6. Prepare Annual Income Tax Return

8. Petty transactions to BIR (New Application, Amending of COR, Application and Renewal of books of Accounts and etc.)
9. Petty transactions to SEC (Filing GIS, GFFS and AFS)
10. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Recording and filing BIR, SSS, PHIC files.
2. Preparing SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig payments and encoding reports.
3. Preparing clients’ VAT Relief quarterly.
4. Billing and collecting payments.
5. Preparing SEC files - AFS, GIS and GFFS.
6. Compute Percentage Tax.
7. Encoding in E-bir forms.
8. Prepare New Application/Renewal of Mayor’s Permit
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
