JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Provide Direct Nursing care.
2. Assist and carry out doctor’s order in Out Patient setting.
3. Assisting the dentist on dental procedure like root canal treatment, composite filling, veneer, crown preparation, etc.
4. Set-up intravenous infusion and performs IVF insertion.
5. Accurately triage and orient patient to the hospital facilities and protocols. Explain the prioritization of cases and waiting time.
6. Maintain and update all relevant charts (EMR). Keep confidentiality of patient’s records.
7. Dynamically participate in patients admission, treatment, transfer towards the appropriate department and discharge planning.
8. Co-ordinate with medical and non-medical department in order to render quality-nursing care.
9. Application of best infection control measure to enhance patient and staff safely.
10. Prepare patient for examination procedure and assist and assist the physician in the clinical measures that are done bedside.

3. Taking care of urology, general surgery, and medical patients.
4. Assisting the doctor in procedures like Laser CO2, cystoscopy, gastroscopy, sigmoidoscopy, haemmorrhoidectomy, circumcision, etc.
5. Take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all patients.
6. Set-up intravenous infusion and performs IVF insertion.
7. Perform Anti - smoking and Electro- Magnetic Therapy.
8. Assisting the doctor during Ultrasound.
9. Assisting for colposcopy.
10. Assisting the dentist on dental procedure like root canal treatment, composite filling, veneer, crown preparation, etc.

- Take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all patients
- Practice holistic approach by providing physical, psychological, social and spiritual assistance to the patient
- Carry-out admissions and discharge procedures
- ensure patient's privacy while doing nursing procedure
- Administer and chart medications and treatments and patient's reaction to the medication
- instruct patient and families relevant health teachings
- demonstrate competence in CPR and other medical emergency procedures when needs arises
- set-up intravenous infusion and performs IVF insertion and maintain an accurate taking of intake and output
- take and record vital signs and inform physician for any alteration
