Hello,
I have been working as a purchasing officer for amost 3 years. I managed all the purchasing orders to vendors, online orders, tracking shipments, deciding on the final destination between USA, China, Taiwan and Lebanon.
Also, i negotiate with suppliers the pricing, lead time and the qulaity of the product before ajy purchase order is made.
I work as well with the accounting department in terms of sharing the invoices and making sure that we have received the items correctly so we issue the payment to vendors.
Customer servicing regarding any problems,
complaints or inquiries about the product.

by finding solutions to fix problems.

• Searching for new clients and approaching
them to consult and offer proposals on life and
non-life insurance.
• Persuading clients through the use of well
composed and detailed proposals and great
communication skills.

Sharing solutions to businesses on how the agency can increase their growth through better social media management, branding, interior design, website development and marketing plan.
Handled all the accounting work such as cashier, sales and invoicing.
Offered consultation to customers on making the right product choice based on cost, quality and customer needs and satisfaction.
